Sustainability

We ensure protection and respect for the ecosystems that border and sometimes even coexist with our orchards through best agronomic practices. This is how we defend the
biodiversity of Montello, where our soils nourish historical trees of the area (which we protect) and our beloved grape vines.

Our wines are:

CERTIFIED BIODIVERSITY FRIENDLY

This attestation means that we protect biodiversity across the board.

In concrete terms, we ensure the protection and respect of the ecosystems that border and sometimes even coexist with our orchards through best agronomic practices. This is how we defend the biodiversity of Montello. In this way we protect the fertility and rejuvenation of soils, the quality of air and of our water. We preserve our natural surrounds and working land not just for ourselves but for future generations, so that our planet will continue to live on for centuries to come. At Cester Camillo we believe that we do not receive our lands, or the world in fact, as an
inherited possession from our ancestors, but merely as a loan from our future descendants.

Sidro del Bosco is:

This certification ensures improved agronomic management and environmental protection.
In addition, the choice of materials in which we store our processed products is always supportive of environmental sustainability, limiting the use of non-recyclable packaging as much as possible.
